PROXITANE® AHC is a concentrated liquid disinfectant, effective against a broad range of bacteria, viruses, and fungi. Product works by generating free oxygen which attacks proteins. There is no known antimicrobial resistance to peracetice acid.
The concentration of this 5 gallon pail is 1:320. This means that 2oz of concentrate mixes with 5 gallons of water to make the end use product. Therefore, this 5 gallon pail produces 1,625 gallons of end-use product.
PROXITANE® AHC has been specially formulated with a detergent for excellent cleaning and contact with
surfaces spanning plastic, stainless steel, linoleum, vinyl, glazed porcelain, and glass.
PROXITANE® AHC is diluted at approximately 2 oz of product to 5 gallons of water, applied to the surface, and left for a minimum of 10 minutes. Area can be fogged with PROXITANE® AHC, as a supplement to the treatment.
